Assembly

What can we assemble for you?

Assembly of mechanisms, sub-assemblies and finished products from supplied components — from simply joining parts to a closed, checked and packed product.

The most common question we hear from new customers is a simple one: “Will you take on the assembly of my product?” Rather than promising to do everything, we prefer to show how we think about entrusted work and what we are genuinely good at.

What you usually come to us with

We specialise in assembly from supplied components — you deliver the parts, we put them together into a finished sub-assembly or product. In practice, these are most often:

  • mechanisms and sub-assemblies built from many small parts,
  • pumps, sprayers and other systems where repeatable operation matters,
  • products that require joining plastic parts with metal elements,
  • sets that need not only to be assembled, but also checked, labelled and packed.

More than just “screwing parts together”

For us, assembly is a whole process. Before a product goes back to you, it passes through quality control and, where needed, labelling and packing to your guidelines. As a result, you receive a batch that is ready to move on — to your customer or into stock.

What we don’t promise

We don’t claim we will assemble literally anything, to any deadline. Instead, we look at the specific product: its design, volume and quality requirements. If something is outside our scope, we will say so plainly — that is fairer than accepting work we cannot deliver the way it should be done.

The best first step

You don’t need finished documentation or a written-up process. It’s enough to show us the product or its parts — we’ll work out the rest together. We’ll assess what we can assemble for you and what the process could look like.
