IMTechnology manufacturing and assembly plant

Plastics manufacturing and contract assembly

We manufacture plastic parts. We assemble finished products.

Order part production, assembly from supplied components, or both.

Bring us your parts—even from several different suppliers. We will assemble, check, label, pack and prepare them for shipment. You unlock sales instead of hunting for assembly hands.

  • We manufacture plastic parts by injection moulding.
  • We assemble finished products from supplied components — including from different suppliers.
  • We can manufacture the parts and assemble them into a finished product.

A photo, sketch or short description is enough. Add an estimated quantity and tell us when you want to start.

Production and assembly in one place

Two models of cooperation—choose the one that fits your product.

Model A — production and assembly

We make selected parts by plastic injection moulding and then assemble them into a finished product. Production and assembly in one place, with no handover between subcontractors.

Model B — assembly from supplied components

You supply the components (including from different suppliers) and we assemble, check, label and pack the finished product. No need to order production from us.

PRODUCTION CLOSER TO THE MARKET

You don't have to move everything.

Keep what works. Add a second option closer to your market.

Injection moulding, assembly, quality control, packing and warehousing in one location in central Poland.

The parts are ready. The product isn't.

Components from different suppliers sit in the warehouse, the shelves are overflowing, and the finished product never gets made. At the final stage there aren't enough hands, time or space to put it together and get it to market. It's the classic bottleneck that ties up capital and delays sales.

We take over exactly that final stage. You design and supply the parts—we assemble them into a finished product.

CONTRACT ASSEMBLY IN PRACTICE

This is what the final stage can look like

We haven't seen your product yet.

But we know what happens when the components are ready, orders are waiting, and there are not enough people, time, or space to complete the final stage.

We can take over component checks, assembly, quality control, labelling, packing, and preparation for shipment.
