Scope of service
We assemble multi-part products from plastic parts, seals, springs, tubing, metal parts and fasteners — for example sprayers, pumps, atomisers, dispensers, closures, cosmetic packaging or retail kits. The components can be made by us or supplied by you. It's best to send a photo, drawing or description and we'll assess what we can take over.
No. We can assemble the product from parts you supply. Making the parts at our facility is possible, but it is not a condition for taking on the assembly.
Yes. Assembly from supplied components is one of our core models of cooperation — together with inspection, marking and packing.
Yes. We assemble products from parts coming from different suppliers. On receipt we can check that the delivered parts are complete.
Yes. In one of our models of cooperation we make selected parts by injection moulding and then assemble them into a finished product — production and assembly in one place.
Yes, we collate retail and promotional kits. The scope depends on the specific kit — send a description and we'll confirm what we can do.
Yes. We label and mark products in line with the agreed specification.
Yes. We carry out unit and bulk packing according to agreed requirements.
Yes. We prepare finished products for shipment. Logistics details are agreed for the specific project.

Getting started
To start the conversation, a photo, drawing or description of the product, an approximate quantity, the scope of work and your preferred timing are enough. We'll work out the rest together.
Yes. To begin with, a photo or drawing is perfectly enough for us to make an initial assessment and tell you what else we need.
Not at the start. You don't need to prepare a complete request for quotation. After the initial assessment we'll tell you what information is needed for an accurate quote.
Yes. If you're not sure what to commission, tick 'I need help defining the scope' in the form — we'll work out together what's needed.
In short: 1) you send a photo, drawing or description, 2) you give the volume, scope and timing, 3) we assess feasibility and establish the information needed, 4) we agree the process, quality control, quote and timing, 5) we assemble and prepare the product.

We work both on one-off series and on steady, repeatable cooperation. Tell us which model interests you and we'll adapt to your needs.
Primarily on the number of operations, the complexity of the product, the volume and the scope of additional work — such as quality control, labelling and packing — as well as the required timing.
A description or drawing of the product, an approximate volume, the scope of work to be done, the required timing and whether the components are already available. On that basis we'll prepare an initial assessment.
Yes. A quote can cover assembly together with quality control, marking, labelling and packing. Just define the scope.

Quality and responsibility
We carry out completeness checks and quality control according to the agreed specification. Around 30% of our team works on assembly and quality control. We set the detailed criteria for the specific project.
Yes. We run inspection based on the specification and criteria agreed with you before the series starts.
The scope of inspection documentation is agreed individually for each project. Tell us what records you need and we'll confirm how we can provide them.
On receipt we can check that the components are complete. If we find shortages or defects, we report them and agree the next steps before we start assembly.
We agree the acceptance criteria together before the series — based on the product specification and, where needed, an approved reference or sample.
Where reasonable, before the series we agree a reference sample to define the expected result unambiguously. We set the details for each project.
We treat your documentation and product knowledge as confidential and use it solely to carry out the order.
Confidentiality matters, including signing an NDA, are agreed individually at the start of cooperation.
Components and logistics
Yes. Components can reach us from several different suppliers. We agree the delivery arrangements for each project.
Yes. A completeness check of the delivered components can be part of the order — mark it in the scope of work.
We have production and warehouse facilities at our disposal. The conditions and duration of storing components and finished products are agreed individually for each project.
We agree this for each project — the packaging materials and labels can be supplied by the customer, or we can handle them by arrangement. Tell us how it works on your side.

We agree the way components are prepared and packed for delivery after assessing the project, so that assembly runs smoothly and without risk of damage.
We prepare finished products for shipment. Direct delivery to your warehouse or distributor is arranged as part of the project logistics.
International customers
Yes. We work with international customers. Our facility is located in Poland, in the village of Trzcianna.
We agree the language of the project documentation individually. Tell us which language you'd like to work in and we'll confirm what's possible.
We prepare finished products for shipment. Requirements for international transport are agreed as part of the specific project's logistics.
