Ania and Paweł. Simply themselves.
They develop IMTechnology together. Sometimes they also hit the road, take off their helmets or simply decide they have had enough for one day.
Ania and Paweł own IMTechnology. That's why they appear on this website. They weren't hired for a campaign and they aren't play-acting in front of a team of strangers.
It's their company, their responsibility and their next chapter.
At work they keep an eye on products, processes, deadlines and quality. After hours they sometimes hit the road. Sometimes they take off their helmets. And sometimes they simply have had enough of everything.
That last one is allowed too.
IMTechnology is made up of people who know that behind every project there's someone's idea, someone's deadline, someone's money and someone who would finally like to see a finished product.
That is why we want to get to know it first.
