Terms of Electronic Services

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These Terms set out the rules for providing services by electronic means through the website available at imtechnology.pl (the "Website"), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

1. Service provider

The service provider is IMTECHNOLOGY spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at Trzcianna 54B, 96-115 Trzcianna, Polska, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000462612, NIP 8361858027, REGON 101618785. Contact: [email protected], tel. +48 505 868 244.

2. Definitions

  • Website — the online service operated by the provider at imtechnology.pl, including its language versions,
  • User — any person using the Website,
  • Service — a service provided by electronic means by the provider to the User through the Website,
  • Form — the contact form available on the Website enabling an enquiry to be sent to the provider.

3. Type and scope of services

Through the Website the provider supplies the following services free of charge: (a) making available informational content about the company, its offer and its machinery (browsing the Website); (b) enabling contact via the contact Form.

The Website is not an online shop. It does not carry out sales, payments, creation of user accounts or the conclusion of distance sales contracts; consequently, provisions on returns or withdrawal from a sales contract do not apply.

4. Technical requirements

Proper use of the Website requires: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, JavaScript enabled (for some features), support for the browser local storage (localStorage) to remember the selected language version and — in order to use the Form — an active e-mail address.

5. Using the contact Form

Use of the Form is voluntary and free of charge. The User must provide true data and must not submit unlawful content. The enquiry is sent after the required fields are completed and the send button is pressed. The rules for processing personal data provided in the Form are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibition of unlawful content

The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content, in particular content that infringes the rights or personal interests of third parties, offensive or misleading content, or content that violates applicable law.

7. Commencement and termination of services

The Website-browsing service begins when the Website is entered and ends when it is left. The Form service begins when the User starts filling in the Form and ends when the enquiry is sent or the User abandons sending it. The User may stop using the services at any time.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services provided by electronic means may be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to Trzcianna 54B, 96-115 Trzcianna, Polska. A complaint should include a description of the matter and contact details enabling a response. The provider will consider the complaint and respond no later than within 30 days of its receipt.

9. Security and liability

The provider makes every effort to ensure the Website operates correctly and securely but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to technical breaks. The provider is not liable for the consequences of using the Website contrary to these Terms or the law, nor for the actions of third parties. The above limitations do not exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

10. Governing law

In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the data-protection legislation (GDPR). The provisions of these Terms do not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

11. Changes to the Terms

The provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons (a change in the law or in the scope of services provided). The current version of the Terms is always available at this address.
